Lovestruck Ollie’s attempts to woo his dream girl casts a spell over the whole town in Werebeast, a 2D animated short created by Welsh animator James Lancett for the Nickelodeon International Animated Shorts Program.

In a place where everyone is half animal and half human, we follow the lively Ollie Oswald as he desperately tries to impress the very beautiful and cool Signa. When his flawless dance moves don’t work on her, he raids his Uncle Sebastian’s cologne cupboard. But strange things happen when the surefire “Essence of Desire” fragrance turns out to have some undesirable effects.
